I need help. I have a great girl...but I have this problem- semen leakage in precum! After 20 minutes of foreplay I feel excited) my penis becomes lump and I cannot get it up... Why is this f.... semen leakage in precum happening to me?!

You are not the only one with this problem… Semen leakage is a sign of the weakening of the parasympathetic nerve.
