Me and my girlfriend were about to have sex, so I put my penis inside of her, and there was precum eminating from the eurethra of my penis.
Is there a chance she might be pregnant?

Yes of course. Although pre-ejaculation doesn't have a lot of sperm (sperm in pre-ejaculation is sperm that pools in the urethra from a previous ejaculation) and even less if you have urined before this happened.
