I have lost my sense of taste. I was trying to think of what I might have done that would have caused it. One of the things I thought of was I had started taking Nu-Salt instead of regular salt to cut down on sodium. Could this have caused it because I think I started losing my Sense of taste not long after beginning its use. Question

Some of the most common causes of taste loss are medications, infections, dental problems or head injuries. A gum disease, dry mouth, even too much smoking could contribute to taste loss. Also, vitamin deficiency, radiation therapy, and Bell's palsy.
Sometimes, taste loss could indicate the presence of diabetes, bad nutrition or disorders of the nervous system.

Drugs that change an ability to taste are those used for lower cholesterol, antibiotics, blood pressure pills, medications to lower anxiety, and antidepressants. If you are using any of these, make sure you see your doctor about the dosage adjustment or change.

Taste loss may be serious as it may lead to reduced desire to eat, even depression. Without your taste ability, you may not notice spoiled food, etc

I think you should see a doctor. To diagnose a taste inability, they usually measure the lowest concentration of a chemical that a person can detect and similar.
