okaay, me and my boyfriend have been together forever, but hes recently been gone to the states for a couple months. The week he comes home, is the week i get my period. We have talked about trying to get pregnant. Ive heard that to prevent my period coming just this month i could just continue to take birth control without taking the extra "sugar" pills. I could just start another pack. Would that work? If so, if he didnt use a condom would the birth control pills work that effective. Do i have any chance?

yes, you can skip your period that way. and yes, it will still be affective. but, keep in mind that birth control is not 100% affective, and using a condom will lessen the chances of pregnancy. but, yes, it will work.
