I have been having some pretty severe headaches for the past few months of my pregnancy, what is the strongest over-the-counter medicine that can be taken for headaches/migraines??

Unfortunately you aren't suppose to take anything but if you have to try tylenol.

go see your docter hun he/ she will prescribe you co0drydamol. they work wonders and in moderation are safe in pregnancy
