Hi.

I've been worried for about a week now. At first, I thought I may have had poison ivy, because it was an itchy red rash. I applied cream and the rash went away, but the itching is still persisting. There is also a break in the skin on my penis, and when I defecate, I often have a small amount of leakage.

What's wrong with me? :/
