Severe abdominal pain

I have been experiencing severe mid and upper right quadrant pain for the past 6 weeks. It becomes unbearable about an hour after eating. By the end of the day I feel bloated and miserable. I have had a complete hysterectomy, appendectomy and lap cholycystectomy. I am not constipated but I am having a smaller amount of bm and it is normal. I have 2 movements a day. I am not eating as much as I did because after I eat I am hurting too bad. I have had a colonoscopy, which was normal and a pelvic sonogram, which was also normal. I am supposed to go to a gastroenterologist next week, but the pain has become nearly unbearable and I wonder if I will make it that long. I am at a loss at how to deal with this since the doctor is having such trouble diagnosing it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Sad
