Severe bloating

Hi, I have Severe bloating and need to prevent it somehow, as I can’t close my pants completely. I am so depressed.

Hi, have you considered any sport or physical activity for preventing bloating and stimulating digestion. Maybe, you don’t have enough digestive enzymes. Many people who have irritable bowel syndrome, have learned how to control it. Severe bloating after any meal, is very persistent, as a person learns to live with it. Severe stomach cramps and abdominal pain are also seen in IBS. Constipation and fatigue are additional factors for developing the IBS.
