Severe herpes outbreak

I got herpes when I was very young. At first I didn't really know what it is for sure. My doctor explained to me some things about it, but it was long time ago. My herpes is keep coming back in severe outbreaks. My question is whether it will stop or I will have this for the rest of my life?

You never said anything about your herpes localization. It is not related with outbreaks but is with treatment. Though is that you can cure it when it shows but you can never heal it for ever. As you may presume you will have this for all your life. Just like me. Look, I am not a doctor but, I have the same problem. Based to my knowledge it is not curable, but not dangerous too.
