Severe itching and headaches

I have multiple symptoms. Severe itching with small red bumps, hives, dull daily headache, fatigue, weight gain, and after eating get the sudden extreme urge to "go"...been about 6 months now. I went to the 3rd doc yesterday. They took 19 vials of blood.
