Hi, I am a 25 year old woman, not currently sexually active. I have severe pains in both my anal and vagina, mostly when I am sleeping, and the worst when I wake up in the morning. It hurts to sit down at times.
Any ideas? Thanks!

I would suggest you talked to your doctor about having your hormones checked (do you have problems with periods as well? and also to look into pudendal nerve entrapment.

I hope you manage to find out what this is! Good luck!
