Sex and period disappears. Help!

I had unprotected sex w/ my boyfriend a day before my period. The next night I got my period. And then the next day it was gone. It was like, heavy spotting. But I havent had my period all day! I am usually on the pill, but havent taken it three days before my period, three days before the sex. Right after sex I took two birth control pills. Could I be pregnant? Or could I have messed up my period because I messed up my pills??

Someone please help me!
