I am 60+ old maried man. I am affaraid to sex with my wife since last one year because full eraction problem and non-coperation of my wife. She always abuse me for one other thing even i am not a man. Since marriage her behaivior and my signess and timid attitude. Now my sexual desire is their but not able to full eraction and pre-mature ejaculation. I am patient blood pressure called mind highperdension. I reguraly take medecine Losar H and several medicine for controlling nurvous system and tension with advice of Doctor. He suggested to FOREST(TADALAFIL) but my did not cooperate and create good enironment. most time she reject so i have do masterbation with great difficulty. Please suggest some remody and medicine which will most effective.
