Hey hun....I wouldn't worry about shaking. It is completely normal. You may or may not know that there are four stages to achieving a orgasm; arousal, plateau, orgasm and resolution. During the second stage, plateau, muscular tension intensifies. This can cause some people to shake. Don't be alarmed by your body shaking as long as you are pleasureing yourself. Instead try focussing on taking deep breaths while continuing doing what ever it is that makes you feel good. You will cum eventually. Just be patient with yourself. Breathing and remaining emotionally relaxed is important to achieving an orgasm. Next time, don't stop what you are doning when you start to shake because you may be very close to the peak of your orgasm. Good luck! |

Wow that is pretty helpful. I have a problem though, I can't cum until after I am done. Is this normal or is it un-normal? I am so confused. |
