I never have heart problems but im having really shallow/light heartbeats and if i do something like stand up my heart races really fast. I think its because i had a cup of coffe about an hour before i went to bed. And i just layed there for about 4 hours and now im here all worried =/. Is there anything i can do ro get my heart rate back to normal?
