Hi. I feel awful too. I can cope with the symptoms but I can`t stand the thought I can`t have babies any more. I have kids, but still… Anyway, here are some natural ways that can help you in dealing with symptoms of menopause: soy, flaxseed, red clover, Vitamins D, B, A and E, calcium, magnesium, potassium, black cohosh, chasteberry, primrose oil, kava kava, and valerian (for sleeping problems).
