Sharp/Burning Abdominal Pain: My Doctor Didn't Know and Told me to Take Tylenol

I have had laparoscopic surgery about 4 weeks ago (appendix was removed). Five days ago I have been having intense sharp stabbing & burning pains in my lower left hand abdomen about six inches away from my belly button and two up from the incision.

When I am reclining or standing its fine but if I bend or twist it burns and stings. When I sneeze sitting down the pain is an unbearable stabbing sort. If I wear tight pants and sit the pain is amplified. What's up, I asked my doc he didn't know maybe you do or can give me a few hints.

Also I am a Vegitarian (but I eat fish so I guess that's a pescatarian) who has been on a low carb diet for about a week. This may help I don't know.

I had a laparoscopy for endometriosis and went on a low carb diet, and suffered some severe pain. From what I understand, the low carb diet had cleansed my body of any toxins, including my medication.

I'm not sure if that applies to you, but i thought it might help
