Sharp Pains In Abdomen

Hi, I have been having sharp pains in abdomen lately. Especially after meal, I have no rest. So, I guess if I could avoid food I would feel much better.

Hi, abdominal pain is commonly a chronic condition seen in ulcer patients, irritable bowel syndrome and other digestive disorders. If you are having constant troubles with stomach pain it means that either you lack digestive enzymes, or you are having too much stomach acid. I guess you are not overeating, because like this you can only aggravate your condition. Try to avoid junk food for a while to stimulate digestion. Only cooked vegetables and not too many indigestible fibers would be the best.
