It's been about a week (hoping symptoms would lessen or disappear, but they haven't) since i first noticed a sharp severe pain that shoots across my right shoulder and chest area if i take a deep breath or try lay down on my left side. I can lay on my right side without it hurting, but if try to roll over the pain is too much. If i sneeze or hiccup or something, the pain is completely unbearable. Not sure if this is a muscle thing (I play soccer, lift boxes at work) or perhaps something more serious. I can mostly move my arm without feeling too much pain, which kind of scares me.

I am 17 years old in good shape, I don't feel nauseous or have a fever, or even feel sick at all, so I have no idea if could be my gallbladder or not. Please help, the pain is excruciating and I'm probably going to see the doctor soon, but some advice about what it could be would really help.
