upon Starting my period 5 days ago I started having severe menstrual cramps along with rectal pain, the rectal pain is very new for me. Very sharp. Position changes not helped Ibuprofen not touching the pain. Hurts my rectum to cough, sneeze, urinate or pass a stool. I am 21 years old with a history of dysfunctional uterine lining, and Ulcerative colitis. I am nervous because I seem to be feeling worse and not better. Any help?
