Sharp pains near my testicles.. (is it a Testicle Torsion?)

I've been feeling a bit of sharp pains near my left testicles..
it dosen't hurt that much, but I thought it was one of the symptoms of
Testicular torsion..

it says it's an emergency,
so could you reply back to me ASAP plz
