hi,

For a while now i have been experiencing sharp pains to the lower back area. These pains occur at rest. They feel as if someone has me in a vice grips!!! they are jabbing pains which only last seconds at a time, (but the episode can last an hour or so) but my are they painful, enough to take one's breath away.
