| Im confused because last month I had my period on the 29th, it lasted for about 5 days. So this month on the 23rd I started spotting or Im not sure if it is brown vaginal discharge or not but the spotting has lasted for 3 days now and still no sign of my period. I thought my period was just coming early but its still not here yet. Is it normal to spot for a couple of days before actually starting? Also, I am 25 years old, I have not had sexual contact for 7 months now and I have been tested for all STD's recently and was clean and I just recently had my pap-test this past week and the results were normal. However, a couple of days ago I experienced some vaginal itching and irritation but with some anti-itch med it cleared right up in like two days. Would this have anything to do with it? I have never experienced spotting like this before my period unless it is actually the day I start. Sorry this is long, I am just confused as to what my problem is. Should I see a doctor if I don't start my period in the next couple of days?? Thanks so much for you help!! |
