I have a question about the situation I am in lately. In fact I am concerned whether I should be worried about these symptoms-swelling and bloated stomach lately and irregular period as well as vaginal blood traces out of my period. And yet there's constant pelvic pain I feel for months now and I have also noticed I am always tired and in constant fatigue. do you think I should be worried about these symptoms?

Yes, yes, I do think you should be worried about these symptoms. Three years ago I was really worried about the same symptoms and for that I was lucky enough to be diagnosed on time with ovarian cancer. I said I was lucky enough for it has affected only my left ovary that was removed surgically and now guess what I am pregnant 5 months just with one ovary. But not all the woman are that lucky usually ovarian cancer is recognized too late to be treated on time and successful. I don't know for how ling you've been having these symptoms but my advice is always to check it right away-go and have some ultrasound or some other screening test that is about to detect possible ovarian disease. I think that those symptoms are serious enough to get worried about them and don't wait even a day longer. If it turns out you get diagnose such as ovarian cancer don't get upset and try not to get depressed for these negative approach might even worsen the disease so your chances might get lower if you don't decide ti fight it until the end.
