| During my high school and collage I used to swim, a lot. Also I won some medals for it and was representing my schools. After that I quit with all kind of exercising. I found the job and hadnt time for this. Off course, I got weight. This days I am planning to start going to the gym, for the first time in my life. That is why my worry is about dehydration. In the pool it is impossible, but the gym. Should I drink water during workouts? |

| It is very interesting that you, who was sportsman, are asking that kind a thing. But, you swimmers are special kind of people, as I heard. However, yes, you need to drink water or some ice tea (without sugar) while workouts. Dehydration is reasonable danger to people who do not drink while exercising. It is also important to drink in small amounts between exercises. But the way, I hope you wasnt drinking pool water, earlier. |
