| I have been thinking of adding couple of pounds on my body. I have been going to gym for weight lifting for almost a year now and I can say that I am satisfied with muscle definition. Now I just need some extra more muscles to look great. Should I eat processed soy while bulking? Or do you recommend me something else? |

| If you want some fast results, you could use whey, soy will help you in gaining leaned look (I like that personally a lot). On the other hand, whey does have many calories, so it might not be the perfect choice (weight gaining could get out of hand, so if you want a nice looking stomach, be careful). On the other hand, soy protein has estrogen, so you should not use it everyday. Also, thyroid glands could be slowed down by the effect of soy. |
