Just an FYI...I am 10days post surgery. I feel GREAT! Look for a physican that is pro-active in your recovery! Mine was AWESOME! I was asked what I wanted for my plan of recovery. I was put on a Pain pump (inserted in your side) for 24 hours. The biggest pain was the two drain blubs...but they were diffenently needed. Once removed..(7days after surgery)I have had no pain. I didnt even take any script. pain pills. Just tylenol at night for rest.
AGAIN...the most important thing is finding the right surgeon to do it! It was worth every penny to me. I feel young again! I am wearing my wrap and I know I need to play it slow for a while. But I am finding lots of books and crafts to catch up on.
