I am in a front of a serious decision. Should I hire a nurse for ALS suffering father or not? I do not think I will be capable of taking care for him any longer. Its condition is slowly progressing and it is hard for me to watch him suffer. Would a nurse be a wise choice?
ALS is a disease that it is not easy to deal with. Its symptoms can mentally affect all members of family – it truly is not a beautiful sight, to see your beloved in pain. I suppose you already know what awaits your father in the future – no cure, but only more and more health problems. Still, that does not mean he has to give up – he must fight as much as he can and perhaps a nurse could help in this situation.
