My penis is kind of small, around 3 inches when it's normal. So the problem is when I try to retract the foreskin during normal stage, I really can't because the skin has nowhere to go. What should I do? Does this mean I can only clean my penis when it's in erected stage? And also, when my penis is in erected stage, it feels kind of weird to retract. What should I do? Please help somebody!
