I recently saw a dermotologist for adult acne, and had some blood work done to test my hormone levels since that is where she thought the acne was mainly coming from. The doctor called to let me know that I was producing an excess amount of a certain hormone, and not getting enough of the hormone that produces adreneline...(I don't know the name). She said that their might be some type of blockage, but wasn't sure.

Is an endocronologist nessecary or will it work itself out?
