Should I take beta-blockers with meals?

I’ve just come from doctor and he prescribed me beta-blockers. I have big problem with migraine headaches. I don’t know too much abut those medications but everybody told me that they can be very effective. But I don’t know Should I take beta-blockers with meals? Please, anybody who knows that tell me. Thanks!

Yes, that is important. You should take any beta-blockers during or immediately following meals to reduce the drug's side effects. You probably know that this kind of drugs has many side effects. I’m taking Lopressor immediately after I have eaten. And it’s very important also to not miss a dose.
