Should vegans take calcium supplements?

I am a vegan, which means that I do not eat any animal food not even dairy products or eggs. I heard that people with diet like mine can absorb more calcium then others who eat meat. That is why I need to know, Should vegans take calcium supplements? If our absorption is better then in others, do we really need extra calcium?

Until now no one jet did research in which would be tested extra calcium intake in vegan people. So, until that research is done we can use calcium as a supplement in our diet. Although we all have balanced diets there wont be any harm in using calcium. Beside, you can achieve more benefits from taking it.
