Hi. My son suffers from add. He is taking Ritallin, but it makes him feel dizzy and his stomach hurts every time he take his capsule. What to do? My husband thinks we should change his med. Should we change my son`s add meds? Any experience with switching?

Hi. I have switched from Concerta to Strattera. It took me a while to adjust to a new med. I was feeling dizzy too, and I had bad headaches from Concerta. Headaches, dizziness, blurred vision, etc. are less serious side effects. For me, these side effect were so annoying, I had to switch. I had a pretty long talk with my doctor before I changed the med. Strattera feels better, but I have just started with the treatment.
