Should we really stop worrying?

Ladies,

I cannot tell you how many times I heard that if you worry or think about getting pregnant, you will not get pregnanct. "just let it go and it will happen"! Well, I think that this is so hard to do when you are trying to get pregnant! I mean, how can you not think about it and wonder each month? I still believe that a lot of it is medical/scinetific and you should check to see when you are ovulating to give you the best chances.

What are your experiences? How do you deal with this issue?

Hi Captiva,

My girlfriend and I are ttc. It's been two months and nothing. We did calculate her ovulation since she has always had regular periods. We however did not use ovulation prediction kit but we will next month to make sure we have calculated well.

It is trully hard to relax and not think about it when it is your/our goal. My girlfriend is stressing more than I do but I myslef am not relaxed.

You should learn all about the ovulation signs, and learn how to calculate it but it could be a problem if you are not regular. It is said that it takes up to a year for a healthy couple to get pregnant.

Should we really stop worrying?
