Hello,
I have this new job (3 months now) and for more than 8 hours daily I sit infront of the computer and typing. I began to feel shoulder and arm stiffness and pain, sometimes even numbness in my hands. Especially in my right hand (for controlling the mouse). I am afraid lots of typing could cause me this! What do you think, is this possible?

of course it is possible, just this seems rather quickly for your body to respond in this manner. Usually it happens few years after managing the computer and mouse…professional deformation… almost every repeating job has it. I would recommend check up with doctor, but mostly, regular massages and even chiropractic.
