I had an accident in which I injured my left shoulder. A bone completely popped out the socket frontally and it was painful as hell. I was diagnosed with shoulder dislocation. I was ordered to have x rays and doctor put my arm bone back, what made pain to stop. Any advice would be from help.
I guess that you doctor will prescribe rehabilitation exercises to you. I also had shoulder dislocation and I remember that ice packets were from help. I used to put them on sore area 4-5 times daily. I had that accident two years ago, but still have kind of discomfort in that area. I can’t live without pain meds.
