Shrinks of blood in discharge 2 days after finishing period,this was after sex?

Hi there me and my husband are trying for another baby. He is in the army and came back for his 2 weeks leave we had sex almost everyday. It first started when i was still on my period but nearly finishing. Then 2 days after my period had finshed i had shrinks of red blood in my discharge which lasted for only about 1 and half days. Last year i only had 1 month which mid-cycle i had a little brown discharge aswell. Do you think i could have something wrong with me? Please help i'm a little worried about it.
