I couldn't take the prenatal vitamins when I was pregnant with my son, they didn't give me feelings of nausea but my moodswings were so severe while on them that it wouldn't surprise me. The doctors had told me to try taking the pills at bedtime, so that I slept through the major effects from the pills. Have you perhaps tried taking them before bedtime and seeing if that would help you? It didn't work for me, but perhaps it will work for you.
