I have gained 20lbs in 2 years, work out all the time and can't lose it. Also have swollen fingers and feet when exercising and when it gets even a little warm out. As soon as I eat I feel so full I want to throw up for hours afterward and my stomach bloats really big. I have been treated for small intenstine bacteria overgrowth and that doesn't change anything much. I am starting to think I am crazy. When this started 2 years ago I was told I had umbillical hernia but that it usually causes you to lose weight so my doctor said now that I was older that was probably where my body was comfortable. (I was 27). this has been embarrasing and depressing and really hard to deal with. I am only 29 and before this was very healthy. I'm afraid that when someone figures this out it will be too late to help me or that I am just going crazy.

Not sure if this helps but it sounds likes me at your age (7 years ago) - I was eventually diagnosed with crohns and had to have surgery to remove the damaged part of my intestine - I now follow the Specific Carb diet for intestinal health - SCDiet.org by Gotschall - it has been a godsend and helps keep the bad paratsites under control - wisjh you well - J

why don't you try breathing exercises. maybe see if breathing from your stomach and not your chest will make a difference. check it up online.
