Side effects of Armour Supplment for hypothyroidism

I am not doing well on synthetic thyroid hormones, What about Armour Supplement

do not take this med i was on it and will never again my tsh is 122.775 every high my dr changed my meds to that to see if i will help and i was in so much pain as i had alraedy had many pains this just increased it by 100%

I was on this medication & it helped me tremendously!!! The synthetic didn't help all that much but once I got on the Armour...I felt just great. The best thing is to try it for yourself...since all people respond differently.

The guest that posted a reply...Will you please, please tell me what type of pain you endured while on this medication? I'm having chronic pain (for about 7 yrs now) have under went all sorts of treatments, tests and surgeries with nothing helping.

Other than pain that has been diagnosed as Fibromyalgia, Arthiritis, RSD and TMJ...I think I am doing great on Armour Thyroid. I've taken it for about 6 yrs. My TSH levels are fine. One warning DO NOT TAKE GENERIC THYROID! Generic thyroid meds absolutely make my thyroid levels go wild.
