Side effects of Plan B or pregnancy?

Eight days ago, my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex. I was able to attain Plan B a little under 120 hours after sex, taking it two days ago. I have been experiencing a dull pain on the lower left side of my abdomen along with constipation and tender breasts. Could it be a sign of pregnancy, or is it too early and a side effect of the hormones I ingested? Please help.

Also--I am around 5'6 and 100 pounds. Would that affect my chances of being pregnant?
