Side effects of cortisone shots

Since I have had my cortisone shot, I have been experiencing the following symptoms: pain in feet, numbness in left leg, loss of circulation on left leg, symptoms have been increasingly worse. Now I am feeling a massive migrain and just had a severe nose bleed. I have been experiencing the migrain since 3pm this afternoon and it is now after mid-night. I also have noticed loss of vision path; clearity from normal 20/20 to maybe able to see a little passed ten feet clearly. Should I be worried about this? Are these normal side-effects for a generalized cortisone shot from the L4 to S1 on the left lower back nerves? As of Monday it will be exactly a week since the procedure. Is this some kind of allergic reaction and what should I do?
