New researches show that the Alzheimer's disease attacks brain years before the disease actually develops and that it is possible to identify the early signs of the strike. This possibility could be relevant for the future studies and researches for creating therapies that could delay this brain disease.

The need for these therapies is big because the number of the Alzheimer's victims is constantly increasing.

The Swedish scientists did some tests and the results showed that the early Alzheimer's signs could be small deficits in memory, people might have trouble remembering what they had for breakfast but can still keep track of important appointments, longer time necessary to solve problems and low verbal ability tests and lower ability to plan ahead or do multitasking.
