Single white head pimple like blemish on scrotum

So I have a this blemish on my scrotum. I have received no pain or problems from it, besides the problem that it's there. I think it may be from when I cut myself shaving and it possibly got infected (it's in the same spot of the cut)

Anyone have any ideas of what else it could be?

if you cut yourself then i would expect nothing less. bty doesint it hurt to shave?
