I am 45 years old woman. I have problem with my cardiac system. I had frequent palpitations, physical fatigue, dizziness, discomfort in my chest around the heart and sometimes dyspnea. Doctor says that I have problem with arrhythmia of sinus node. I must have ablation of sinus node. Can you tell me something about diagnose of this illness and is ablation necessary?
First I must say that it is very rear disease. All those symptoms tells me that diagnose is correct. The best treatment is use of beta blockers, calcium channel blockers and antiarrhythmic agents.
