Sinus headache?

Hello,
I have this terrible headache since I had pneumonia last year. Could this be connected to sinuses, since I also have plugged nose. When I use nose drops it unplugs, and also headache disappears. Is it possible that sinus cause mine headache?

Hey,
This is very possible. My brother also had this problem and he had to undergo sinus surgery. Try talking to doctor... Oh, yes, one more thing... nose drops are suppsoed to be used up to 5 days maximum and i htink you are just worsening the situation with sinuses by using them frequently.
