I have used it. It's a very effective program if you're able to stick to it. That's the hardest part. It requires you to eat 5-6 small meals a day. All standard grocery bought stuff. There's an excellent support system on provida.com too. It truly is a good program ... just hard to stick to without motivation.

the site talks a good talk and is true about the physiology of fat burning and diet. The question I have is each individual have different lifestyle(less physical) along with age. This should be included in their website along with questions for prospects to answer to give us idea if this new eating habits works for them.
