Skin Colored Bump and Penile Dryness

I noticed that when I was going to masturbate today, there is a skin colored bump on the left side shaft of my penis and some dryness in the head and the the upper shaft. Could this be from irritation? Hair follicle thingie? I'm still a virgin so STDs is a no way. What are remedies? Moisturizing lotion, not masturbating?

I'm starting to get a bit worried/scared, skin started peeling off. Yes I have masturbated during the days I have this bump.

I also noticed my bump got smaller, insect bite perhaps. And Penile dryness from the cold?

could be a harmless cyst, and the dryness could be any number of things.

did you know dried semen looks a lot like skin when it peels off.

if you're worried, see the doc, he'll have seen something like it before so will be able to put your mind at rest

Are you sure its a cyst? It looks like another bit of skin came off and it seems to have what seems to be skin colored scab.
