| Any good quality mild cleanser will be fine, look for a cream one rather than gel, as they can be drying. For dry skin, get yourself some rosewater. old fashioned, but fantastic. health food shops carry it, it isnt expensive. While your face is still damp from the rosewater, put 2 or 3 drops of olive oil in your hans, and smooth over your face before bed. Trust me. In the morning, a splash with water is all you need. Don't over wash, or overload with products, simple is best. Drink lots of water. NEVER wash your face with very hot water, warm only. Hope that helps! |
