Skin peeling on the head of penis and also very itchy

Hi guys. I have been on holiday for 10 days, and hadent had sex for about 5 weeks. However since i got back on monday i have had sex twice with my girlfriend, on the evening of the second time the end of my foreskin became extremely itchy, and it continued through the next day(yesterday). When i woke up this morning the itchyness had almost gone completly, however as the day progressed it has came back again. I have also just noticed that the skin on the head of my penis and the inside of my foreskin has started to peel.

Do you have any ideas what this could be? Its really starting to make me woried.
